48 Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Agreement:

Kindly provide 48 hours notification of cancellation and rescheduling.

In order to ensure mutual respect for patients and practitioners, Deeper Genius Acupuncture adheres to a strict booking and cancellation policy.

Our policy allows for adequate cancellation notice so that patients who may need an appointment slot have timely access to care.

Less than 48 Hour Cancellation will result in 50% of service fee charged to card on file or invoiced to patient.

Same Day Cancellation/Reschedule/No-Show  the full service fee will be charged to card on file or invoiced to patient.

Communication Texting, DMing, or emails are not valid forms of cancellation. Please use your confirmation email or sign into the patient portal to manage all appointments.

NOTE the online system will not allow for appointment changes within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

No Exemptions for work related meetings and schedule changes.  No exemptions for general malaise or pain as the nature of acupuncture therapy is to support health improvement and pain reduction.

This policy ensures a mutual respect for practitioners as well as patients.

Deeper Genius is a small business. We appreciate respect for and adherence to this policy.
